Ms. Sharma Completed her B-Tech in electronics & communication engineering from Rajasthan Technical University and soon after her graduation started working as an electrical engineer. After working for a number of years and being an active part of the corporate world she decided to utilise her professional knowledge in order to provide a solution to the problem of waste management in Rajasthan and therefore came up with the idea of of Kaustav industries Private Limited which is a tech-based company working in the domain of waste management. Ms. Sharma believes that in order to solve the problem of waste management in India technology and traditional methods of waste management should be joined and therefore through this venture, she aims at providing waste management solution at the point where waste is generated and bridge the gap between the traditional method of waste collection and technology.
He is a retired government employee turned entrepreneur. Mr. Sharma has completed his graduation from University of Kota and and has been a government servant for around 40 years. With a vast experience in the government sector all these years and having immense knowledge about the manner in which waste is generated and disposed, Mr Sharma decided to extend his expertise to the Kaustav industries Private Limited which is a tech-based company working in the domain of waste management. Mr. Sharma has been an active social worker and has immense experience and knowledge in the domain of recycling and he believes that recycling of products can be a solution to the problem of waste management in India .
